It’s almost spring and that means sight fishing is kicking off! Depending on your location, you may already be seeing and catching them on their beds. There are many techniques to catching them on their beds, but most of them time it’s all about patience and persistence. Once you’ve located the bed and see a bass, your heart starts pumping and it’s game on! I found the best way to catch on/off the bed is to find a sweet spot on or around the bed. Once I locate the spot, it’s all about being patient and persistent. If the bass is spooked easily it may not be worth your time. If the bass is getting agitated, there’s a good chance it’s catchable. A good tip is to use a lighter bait so you can see the bass grab it. I found if the bass isn’t interested, it will sometimes work if you switch up your bait to throw them off. Good luck and tight lines! Thanks for the support🎣
